Lil Jon is threatening to sue a fancy Hamptons store for selling a hip flask bearing his song title, “Turn Down for What.”

The rapper’s lawyers sent a cease-and-desist letter to Blue & Cream in East Hampton warning them to stop selling the flasks unless they make a licensing agreement with him for 40 percent of future profits.

Blue & Cream owner Jeffrey Goldstein said, “The flask was inspired by the song’s party theme. This is likely a case of a third party trying to bully us, but the right thing to do is to stop selling the flask. It was all in good fun; it wasn’t meant to cause an international incident.”

Blue & Cream caters to an A-list clientele including Gwyneth Paltrow, Chanel Iman and Christie Brinkley.
